Excellent location near The Capitole. Very good bar and restaurant on site. First rate, very responsive staff. Would very happily to stay here again.

Beautiful decor and furniture. Exceptionally clean in all areas. Outstanding service from the moment we walked in. The manager could not have better in any way, extremely helpful. On seeing my wife was on crutches he immediately offered and brought a chair for use in the wonderful shower room. Very comfortable room. We ate in the on site Brasserie and the food was stunningly good. We will definitely stay here again during our regular trips to Toulouse.

I love this place , it is always our first choice in Toulouse .The hotel must be well managed I think because the staff and service is excellent , always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast and service is very good also. Plenty of choice of continental options and hot food , with coffee served at the table not from a machine . The rooms are charming and the whole hotel has something of an old world charm . The location is of course great , directly on the Capitole square , however because the hotel is well set back one cannot hear the noise and bustle and surprisingly it is actually rather peaceful, and the common areas are really lovely for a quiet relaxing drink. Already looking forward to the next visit .

Old world ambience was just lovely with rich decorations throughout in keeping with the opera theme and history. Fabulous welcome from Alexander at reception and his recommendation of Chez Emile a Michelin star restaurant just 8 min walk was the best meal ( and well priced) we’d had in France .. and all our meals had been fabulous) The hotel is on the place du Capitole directly opposite the opera house and Capitole building which is lovely to explore. Arriving on a Saturday the square was alive with activity, plenty of cafes and avenues to wander in the largely pedestrianised area. We drove and entrance to public car park was in the square itself outside the hotel so very easy access and subsidised payment is made to the hotel - no problems at all except following Google maps can be tricky with one way or dead end little streets and oblivious tourists ( like us) crossing roads. Our room was quiet, generous in size with a fully renovated bathroom and comfortable bed, perfect location to walk or bike the city. Our favourite hotel so far - a kiwi traveller review June 2023

The room was spacious and to a high standard. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a high spec. A perfect position to be on the square. We were not here long enough to have a real impression of the hotel but for one night no complaints.

the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, no car needed, restaurants, shopping, tourist office all very close within walking distance. the staff was excellent and very helpful in helping us plan our days of visits.

The hotel was perfect for our needs, ie couple. Rooms were an excellent size and the reception and bar area very sumptuous. The Hotel does have it’s own restaurant but we like to go wondering. Lovely restaurant Le Bibent almost next door. Le Capitole is a beautiful square, that is always busy, plenty of restaurants for a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also a market on the square most days. It’s the home of the beautiful City Hall, and an excellent location for visiting anywhere in the city. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location for visiting anywhere in the centre.

The hotel is a beautiful building both internally and externally. It is in a superb location on the magnificent Place Capitole. It is straightforward to walk to many tourist attractions. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. I would like to make special mention of Alexandre, who, on our check-in, gave us such very good advice on things to do and see in Toulouse. The room was well-equipped, extremely comfortable and spacious. There are a wide range of cafes, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance,

The hotel kindly upgraded us so our room was excellent. The weather was terrible so it was nice to be able to relax in comfort. Location couldn't have been better and the staff on reception were unfailingly friendly and helpful.
